Welcome to RB Home Care. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Service Agreement: By booking our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your Name, Address, and Phone Number.
  • Service Charges: All service charges will be communicated upfront. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
  • Appointments: We strive to meet scheduled appointment times. However, we reserve the right to reschedule in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing a safe and accessible environment for our technicians to perform the service.
  • Warranty: We offer a one-month service warranty and a 3 to 6 months spare parts warranty. Any issues arising within this period will be addressed at no additional cost.
  • Liability: RB Home Care is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the misuse of appliances after service.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Privacy: Your personal information is collected solely for service purposes and is protected according to our privacy policy.
  • Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated on our website.
